She obtained her master's degree in leadership development with a focus in organizational leadership from Saint Mary-of-the-Woods College. Additionally\, she earned a bachelor's degree in communications from Ball State University. She interned with Kelly Services. Ashley has 10-years of employer relations management experience. Moreover\, her professional work history combines career and workforce services in the postsecondary and social services sectors.
