Description
Food Finders is hosting a health fair series for seniors age 60 and older. Seniors are invited to attend and receive free food, health screenings and information provided by: health care providers, insurance navigators, hospice providers, senior care specialists and SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, formerly food stamps) application specialists. All attendees will be screened for SNAP eligibility, entered into a raffle for a $100 Meijer gift card and receive groceries free of charge while supplies last.
