JANUARY MEETING INFORMATION 'BY THE NUMBERS': MAKING PROFITABLE BUSINESS DECISIONS Tressa Heath, owner of Heath CPA & Associates, is a big believer in having the stats we need to make purposeful company decisions. She is excited to share a simplistic, magical business tool with us: cash projection spreadsheets! Don't let your eyes glaze over! It's easier than it sounds, and Tressa will be here to help us, every step of the way with this vital tool. Meeting attendees will receive a jump drive with a sample spreadsheet. Feel free to bring your laptop and use the workshop to get comfortable with cash projection spreadsheets. This exercise is a great process to use annually, monthly, or anytime you need to make decisions 'by the numbers'.
