During this time of COVID-19, the immediate need of converting our teams to be run virtually has been an enormous effort. For many leaders, this has left them with frustrations around the effectiveness of their virtual meetings, the reliability of their people to produce results while working virtually, and the technologies needed to make this transition. Ultimately, we as leaders fear that we will fall behind competition, lose profitability or even lose our business. Over this four session program, we will implement tools & processes that will:

  • Effective Meeting Structures & Rhythm - how to set up a structure that works and lead effective virtual meetings
  • Fostering Accountability - tools to hold people accountable while working virtually
  • Tools For Success - tools for people to hold themselves accountable while working virtually
By the end of this program, you will be using powerful tools in your organization and will have grown your effectiveness and enjoyment of your team and work.  Elite Excel consists of four sessions, and all sessions will be recorded if you miss all or part of a session.

*To maximize the benefits of the program, participating organizations are encouraged to register up to three members of their leadership team.
