Description
This group is open to stroke and brain injury survivors and their caregivers and focuses on providing support, education and encouragement to participants as they navigate through the various challenges of recovery. Facilitators of this group will include a variety of healthcare professionals including speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, social workers and nurses. The group will meet every third Thursday of the month from 5 to 6:30 PM at the Lafayette Family YMCA in the multigenerational room. The Lafayette Family YMCA is located at 3001 S.
