The Chamber's tradition of supporting education continues on Thursday, May 4, when five middle/high school teachers will be named winners of the 2006 Golden Apple Award.

Yes, the banquet is earlier this year! Rather than a reception honoring the finalists in the spring and a banquet in the fall, the Golden Apple committee has streamlined the process. Every teacher nominated is indeed a finalist, so the awards will now focus on the five winners.
