Employer Restrictions:

• Employers participating in the Career Fair may not have:
• Jobs that pay by commission only; unless minimum wage is guaranteed or exempt;
• Jobs that do not pay at least the Indiana minimum wage; please see exemptions at http:www.dol.gov/elaws/esa/flsa/screen75.asp
• Jobs that require the applicant to pay a fee to obtain the job;
• Jobs that require the applicant or employee to make a capital investment;
