Greater Lafayette Commerce and The leadership of Creasy Health Campus invites members of the media to attend a Groundbreaking event on Monday, September 28.  The ceremony will feature comments from the Creasy Springs team and local officials.

Creasy Springs offers a full complement of senior health and hospitality services including assisted living, specialized memory care, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Their independent living villa patio homes will open in the fall of 2016.

The Villas at Creasy Springs include a community of 24 patio homes available for lease. They offer an ideal solution for seniors looking to live an independent lifestyle unburdened by the hassles of lawn care, housekeeping and other aspects of home ownership.

The villas feature a clubhouse that is available for residents to use for community or personal events. An onsite Villa Lifestyle Director is responsible for planning programs, outings and other options based on the villa residents’ preferences. Bi-monthly housekeeping services, as well as lawn maintenance (and snow removal in the winter) are included in the monthly lease payment, as are trash pickup, exterior window washing two times a year, and building maintenance.
