Welcome, Employers!

The Greater Lafayette Commerce and Tecumseh Area Partnerships are excited to announce the 1^st Annual Internship Fair. This is a wonderful opportunity for company/organization representatives to interact with undergraduate and graduate students seeking Fall, Spring, and Summer internships.

We hope to hear from you and to have your company/organization join us for this event. We encourage you to register for this fair early since space is limited. The deadline date is Friday, December 3, 2010. Details regarding registration fees, deadlines, and other pertinent matters appear below.

Registration
$75.00 per company/organization
$50.00 for non-profit/government organizations

• Register early - space is limited.
• A late registration will prevent your inclusion in the Internship Flier and Booklet.
• Cancellation must be made in writing; no refunds will be provided for cancellation after Friday, December 3, 2010.

Payment of Fees:
The registration fee is due no later than Friday, December 3, 2010.

• Registration fees can be paid by check or credit card.
• Checks should be made payable to Greater Lafayette Commerce. Attention: Your registration will not be complete and a space not reserved until your payment has been received.
• Please be sure to include the name of your company/organization on your check.

Refreshments:
Registration fee includes a light lunch, which will be available from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm.

Set Up:
Each company/organization will have its own table and two chairs which will accommodate two representatives.

• A small table sign identifying your company/organization will be provided.
• The room is equipped with internet access and must be requested at time of registration.
• Access to electricity must be requested at time of registration (limited availability).

Parking:
Unlimited parking is available at the Armory.
