PhysioCare Hospice will be hosting an open house and appreciation gathering for hospice staff and their community partners - as part of "National Hospice & Palliative Care Month". Join us for refreshments and a chance to say 'thank you' to hospice care staff and those who work with PhysioCare to care for hospice patients & their families.
