- 5pm Networking, hors d'oeuvres and beverages
- 5:30pm Presentation Kicks off:
- Committee Chair Introduces the Program and welcomes the winner
- Old National Bank Representative announces the winner and overviews the business
- Winner invited to speak
- Mayor of Lafayette and/or West Lafayette makes remarks
- Representative Klinker and/or State Legislators make remarks
- Committee Chair names upcoming month winner and closes the Ceremony
- 6pm Ceremony Concludes
