The keynote speaker will be Gerry Dick, president of Grow Indiana Media Ventures LLC and creator and host of Inside INdiana Business television and radio programs. He also publishes the daily electronic Indiana business newsletter, INside Edge. He formerly was senior vice president of the Indianapolis Economic Development Corp. The free program features a recap of 2004 real estate activity, a spotlight on current hot spots, predictions for activity in 2005 and refreshments. This program is known for its standing-room-only crowd and one hour well spent.
