Tippy Connect DISC Program

Description

The Extended DISC® System is designed to provide decision-makers with information about

individuals: their behavioral style, strengths, development areas, skills, opinions, perceptions and

expectations.

Participants in this session will complete a 10-15 minute online survey before the session that

helps identify their style of communicating. The profiles are visual presentations of each

person’s style that are based on responses to the questionnaire. Your analysis will be available to

you at this session.

All of the information on the report is derived from your "natural behavioral style". It is a

behavioral style that takes the least energy and effort, requires the least amount of concentration,

and is usually the most pleasant to you. It is the mode that you normally use to react and is most

frequently exhibited outwardly in your behavior.

The Extended DISC® Personal Analysis does not provide results that classify people. There are

no good-bad categories and the system does not rank people in any way.

Leave this session with a better sense of how you are perceived by your co-workers when you

communicate and how to adjust to better motivate and lead.

$125 per person fee is waived through Ivy Tech Community College sponsorship of Tippy
