Lead at the Next Level: A Leadership Circle for Tippy ConnectMembers

Tippy Connect offers an opportunity for emerging leaders in the greater Lafayette to:

• Grow their leadership potential
• Connect with other leaders across the Greater Lafayette Community – creating enduring, profound professional and supportive relationships
• Get and give candid & straightforward feedback and advice
• Surpass what they thought was possible and to help others do the same

This nine month leadership development program is offered exclusively for Tippy Connect Leaders and guided by Kris Taylor, Founder of Evergreen Leadership and author of  The Leader’s Guide to Turbulent Times. Participants will experience multiple ways to grow as a leader including a full day retreat, 8 circle sessions (8 am to noon), a Tilt 365 Profile Assessment, social events and individual coaching sessions.
