Wabash Valley Lean Network Field Trip

Description

A network of companies focusing on the application of Lean principles and Continuous Improvement. Through networking and mutual sharing of knowledge and experiences, individual learning curves are accelerated, cost-effective training is provided and maximum advantage of knowledge and experiences is achieved. The network provides kaizen learning opportunities, field trip experiences and access to resources to help members implement cost-effective ways to integrate Lean concepts and principles throughout their organizations. Lean 101 This is a hands on workshop where the Basic Principles of Lean Manufacturing are presented and those in attendance have the opportunity to experience first hand how these principles are applied through simulated production exercises.
