Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. (SIA), a subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries, Ltd., is the home of North American Subaru production. What You Will See on the Plant Tour:
Attendees will tour through the Stamping Shop, Body Shop and Trim, and Final Assembly. You will also get a glimpse of the Paint Shop and learn about the Engine Shop. Throughout the plant, examples of TPM and Kaizen will be highlighted.
What You Will Learn after the Plant Tour:
SIA Associates will provide an overview of SIA’s Continuous Improvement activities, Quality System, Green/Sustainability and Safety activities/successes. A question and answer session will allow ample time for attendees to learn more about SIA's Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What You Need to do to Attend:
· Complete and return attached registration form to Melanie by October 1st
· Initial registration is limited
to 4 persons/company. After October 1st, if space is available you will be notified that additional persons can register to attend.
· Registration Fee: Only $30 per person!
· Arrive at SIA Training Center auditorium on October 15th between 8:00 – 8:15 am.
· Wear comfortable walking shoes!
· Plan to depart after lunch concludes (12:30 – 1:00 pm).
