Wabash Valley Lean Workshop

This is a one-day, hands-on workshop where the basic principles of Lean Office are presented and attendees have an opportunity to experience how lean principles are applied in a simulated office environment.  The workshop with a ''live'' simulation guides attendees through transition from a traditional office approach to that of a lean office environment!  Waste is eliminated, productivity increased, and the company gains a competitive edge in the marketplace.  At this workshop attendees learn the basic principles of lean office and how to apply them. During the simulation exercises, as a member of the office team, attendees apply lean office concepts such as standard work, 5S, visual signals, pull system, cellular layout, work balancing, team work and more, plus experience firsthand how lean concepts improve quality, reduce cycle time, improve delivery performance, and enable the company to improve profitability.
