The Plant Visit to Commercial Trailer Operations (CTO) will include: Meet & Greet, Welcome/Overview of Wabash National, Short Presentations on Key Drivers of Success at CTO, a guided plant tour of CTO production operations (with 3 focused improvement reviews),followed by an on-site lunch with Q&A and networking. The Plant Visit will be an excellent opportunity for WVLN members to learn about Wabash National and observe how Wabash is using Lean/Continuous Improvement principles in their CTO production operations.
You will receive confirmation of registration plus plant visit trip information, including schedule for day, and directions to Ehrlich Innovation Center at Wabash National in Lafayette.
Reminder: Closed toe shoes (no heels) and long pants for the plant tour!
